wner of Tollow Dojo is Renshi Paul Tollow 5th Dan. I Have been training since I was 4 yrs old and have trained continuously for 26 yrs. I worked side by side with my father Grandmaster John Tollow, teaching the martial art since I was a green belt at age 12. In 2006 my Father became very ill and was no longer able to instruct and I inherited the Tollow family dojo. I picked his brain for the next four years until he passed on, learning everything I could to have a successful and traditional dojo to carry on his teachings and follow in his foot steps, as karate traditionally does.
Renshi is ranked under Grandmasters Hanshi Sid Cambell and Hanshi Dan Tosh. Hanshi Dan Tosh Is President of WOSKKA(World Okinawan Shorin-Ryu Karate and Kubudo Association) As well as Grandmaster Hanshi John Tollow.
